Set to be the next addition in the critically-acclaimed “Reimagined” series, it’s the perfect way to celebrate Jordan Brand‘s 40th anniversary.

Just like many of the previous “Reimagined” sneakers, including the “Bred Reimagined,” this Air Jordan 1 High takes the iconic colourway and gives it a refresh. Working on top of a “White” leather base, it’s overlaid by “Varsity Red” panels around the ankle and heel, while the lacing system and toebox are both decked out in “Black,” hence the “Black Toe” moniker.

A stealthy Swoosh glides across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and just like the legendary “Lost & Found” that launched back in 2022, this trainer rests on top of a creamy Air midsole that gives off some seriously vintage vibes. It’s then lined with a star-spangled rubber outsole for that classic AJ1 look.

But what makes the “Black Toe Reimagined” even more special are all the details that reference Michael Jordan’s rookie season. You’ll find messages that have been etched on the inside, like “My Very Best – Michael Jordan” and “Love Always, Michael Jordan #23”. On top of that, the signature winged basketball emblem has been replaced with “Air Jordan” instead. That’s because, when MJ first linked up with Nike back in the day, the original pairs were embroidered with this.

Of course, you can’t talk about this trainer without mentioning the special packaging that it comes in. The shoebox itself is printed with a huge photograph of Jordan during his early years, and all of this is packed with limited edition laces and paper that have been made exclusively for this drop.
