The One Block Down x Nike Air Max Plus Has Been Unveiled

Even though the Air Max Plus celebrated its big 25th birthday last year, it looks like the high-heat drops just keep coming, with the next one being the One Block Down x Nike Air Max Plus. Made in collaboration with the Milan-based boutique, the legendary silhouette’s been revealed in two vibrant colour options that are sure to turn heads wherever you go.

The “Light Photo Blue” features a mix of “Light Blue” and “Aurora Green.” The upper is complemented by silver mudguards and grounded by chunky black soles, creating a look that is both dynamic and sophisticated. This design retains the traditional mesh construction of the Sean McDowell-designed model, allowing the bold colourblocking to take centre stage.

The “Chutney,” on the other hand, introduces an earthier palette. This version combines rich “Chutney Brown” with subtle touches of “Regency Purple,” adding depth and contrast to the design. The midsole gets a creative twist with black inner mouldings that house the forefoot Air units and the frontmost chamber, providing a contemporary update to the classic look. One Block Down’s iconic logo makes it way to the insoles, tongue, and the lace tips of both shoes, just to remind everyone that this isn’t any old Air Max Plus. The Nike kicks are then finished off with reflective accents throughout, so you can flex even in low-light conditions.

Not much else is known about the One Block Down x Nike Air Max Plus at this moment in time, but according to our sources, they’ll launch sometime this autumn.
