It Doesn’t Get Sweeter Than the DTLR x New Balance 990v6 “Gelato”

DTLR and New Balance have been working together for almost eight years now, and for their latest project, their taking the wraps off of their most colourful sneaker yet with the freshly-announced DTLR x New Balance 990v6 “Gelato.” Inspired by the Italian ice cream, even though this was made with kids in mind, that’s not going to stop some guys from trying to squeeze into a pair.

Boasting a fun and playful design that’s bound to turn heads wherever you go, this special 990v6 works on top of a breathable mesh base and is overlaid by panels and panels of premium leather and pigskin suede throughout. While most New Balances come in clean, neutral tones, this one is painted in an explosion of colour that includes “Royal Blue,” “Yellow,” “Orange,” “Teal,” and “Pink.”

The iconic “N” logo hits the lateral and medial sidewalls in grey, and down below, the midsole is infused with the Boston sportswear company’s critically-acclaimed ABZORB tech for added comfort and cushioning with every step. It’s also infused with FuelCell for a bit more bounce.
