The Isamaya Ffrench x Nike Air Max DN Gets Unveiled

The Air Max DN is, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most innovative new silhouettes of the year. And while we’ve been blessed with many colourways over the past few months, there haven’t been that many collabs to speak of. Well, until now that is, as we take our first look at the Isamaya Ffrench x Nike Air Max DN.

Made in partnership with the critically-acclaimed makeup artist, Ffrench has created looks for everyone from Björk and Rihanna to Kendall and Kylie Jenner. She’s known throughout the industry for challenging beauty norms, and for her first Nike collection ever, she’s revealed the Air Max DN in “Beige” and “Chocolate Brown” colourways.

Both pairs are decked out with matte panelling and are accented with metallic sheens, for an almost eyeshadow-inspired aesthetic. Shiny taping runs around the mudguard section as a nod to lip gloss, while tonal Air Max logos are embedded on the tongues to keep things nice and clean.

Of course, you just can’t talk about the AMDN without giving the midsole a special shoutout. One of the most comfortable in the game, it’s equipped with a dual-chamber, four-tubed Air unit that ensures superior cushioning and bounce. Both sneakers are then finished off with ribbon-like laces that tie everything together in a perfect bow.
